'Bad': Another TV series that ended the right way

Which TV series finales got it right?

'Breaking Bad' came to a 'supremely fitting close,' according to TV critic Robert Bianco. Did other series end on the right notes? USA TODAY asked well-known TV producers that age-old question.

How it ends: Coach Taylor (Kyle Chandler) leads his new team, East Dillon, to the Texas state football championship, and then follows wife Tami (Connie Britton) to Philadelphia, where she has accepted a new academic job. He's last seen teaching his new players his trademark expression: "Clear eyes, full hearts" ... When they don't answer back, "Can't lose," he says, "We'll deal with that later." With that, he and Tami walk off the field and into their new lives.

"I recently watched Friday Night Lights, the entire series over the course of probably six weeks. That was a pretty incredible finale, just in terms of satisfaction level." - Damon Lindelof, Lost
